Pricing
Laser cutting pricing and lead times.
Nevatronix Laser quotes every job individually — piece-part pricing depends on material, thickness, quantity, complexity, and finishing. What's fixed and published below is how we quote, our lead times, and what actually drives cost, so you can estimate before you send a file.

What affects pricing
Six factors, in order of impact.
-
1. Material grade and thickness
The primary cost driver on every job.
-
2. Quantity
Material utilization improves with nesting at higher quantities.
-
3. Tolerance class
Standard ±0.05 mm is included; tighter tolerances are quoted feature-by-feature.
-
4. Finishing
Deburr, edge break, surface treatment, painting, plating.
-
5. Documentation
FAI is standard; PPAP levels 2–4 are quoted as line items.
-
6. Lead time
Expedite fees apply for sub-standard turns.
Volume tiers
Material utilization scales with quantity.
| Quantity | Pricing tier |
|---|---|
| 1–10 units | Prototype pricing |
| 11–100 units | Small batch |
| 101–1,000 units | Production batch |
| 1,001–10,000 units | High-volume |
| 10,001+ units | Contract pricing with annual blanket POs available |
