What affects pricing
- Material grade and thickness — primary cost driver
- Quantity — material utilization improves with nesting at higher quantities
- Tolerance class — standard ±0.05 mm is included; tighter tolerances are quoted on a feature-by-feature basis
- Finishing — deburr, edge break, surface treatment, painting, plating
- Documentation — FAI is standard; PPAP levels 2–4 are quoted as line items
- Lead time — expedite fees apply for sub-standard turns
Volume tiers
Material utilization scales with quantity. Indicative break points:
- 1–10 units: prototype pricing
- 11–100: small batch
- 101–1,000: production batch
- 1,001–10,000: high-volume
- 10,001+: contract pricing with annual blanket POs available
