Nevatronix Laser is the laser cutting division of Nevatronix — a precision contract manufacturer headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. We exist to make the laser cutting capability that built our parent company's reputation available as a standalone service to outside customers.

Where we come from

Nevatronix has shipped over 100,000 units to gaming, fintech, and smart automation customers across two decades of operation. The laser cells were built originally to feed our own production lines. As the customer base grew, the cells became the bottleneck — and the obvious next move was to scale the laser capability beyond what our own assembly volume required, and offer the spare capacity to outside customers who need precision laser cutting at production tempo.

What we believe

Industrial buyers don't need marketing fluff. They need specifications, tolerance, lead times, and accountability — and a quote that doesn't take two weeks to come back. Every page on this site is built around that belief. Capability envelopes are documented; tolerances are stated explicitly; lead times are published; quotes come back in one business day.

How we work

We operate ISO 9001:2015 certified processes. Every production order ships with a first-article inspection report. PPAP documentation (levels 2–4) is available on request and standard for our automotive and aerospace prototype customers. The laser cells are co-located with our sister site Nevatronix Sheet Metal for end-to-end fabrication under one PO when customers need it.
