Nevatronix holds two certifications: ISO 9001:2015 (quality management systems) and UL Listed (product safety). We are not ITAR registered, and we do not hold AS9100 or ISO 13485 certification. We decline production work that requires ITAR registration, AS9100, or ISO 13485 compliance.
Capabilities
Nevatronix Laser operates fiber laser cutting cells for two product lines: flat sheet laser cutting (3 kW fiber, mild steel up to 12 mm and stainless steel up to 6 mm, plus aluminum, brass, copper, and galvanized or coated sheet, on a 1500 × 3000 mm bed, holding tolerances to ±0.05 mm) and tube and pipe laser cutting (6 kW fiber, 5-axis, round/square/rectangular tube and structural sections such as channel, angle, and I-beam, up to 220 mm diameter and 6.2 m length). Typical lead times run 5-14 business days for production, with prototype turnaround from 48 hours to 5 business days. Customers span gaming systems, financial technology, smart automation, electronics, architectural/signage, and prototyping work — including for aerospace- and defense-adjacent programs that do not require ITAR or AS9100 registration.
